INCIDENT DETAILS:

The grand-daughter was showering, when she heard her grandmother screaming.
Jennifer Vo (21yrs old) got out of the shower and quickly dressed and saw a man outside the front of the house.
He was inside of the gated and fenced yard messing with the lock to the gate.
Jennifer confronted him and asked him to leave. The man ran to the back of the house.
He attempted to enter through the back door, but Jennifer kept pushing the door closed.
Police arrived and took the suspect into custody at gunpoint.
The suspect was armed with a knife.
SDFD and paramedics were called for the very shaken grandmother. She calmed down and was okay.
The Police are investigating.
